Director of Operations - Laurie Caudle, ARM

Laurie started her career in Chicago in 1990. Throughout the years she has had the opportunity to earn her ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designation and gain experience managing high-rises, rehab projects, and new construction. Her dedication to the industry won her the prestigious award of ARM of the year. In Chicago she worked for Charles E Smith Residential Realty and managed more than 700 units. In Austin, she has had the opportunity to continue her involvement with IREM. Here she has worked for companies such as Archstone Smith, Colonial Residential and has overseen various notable development projects including Archstone Monterrey Ranch with over 1000 units, Colonial Grande at Silverado a lease up with over 700 units and The Villas on Guadalupe, the first student mid-rise product in West Campus. She is a licensed REALTOR, member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Board of Realtors, National Board of Realtors and the MLS.
